Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

SHIPPING

Once your order is placed, packages are generally dispatched in 1-3 weeks, depending on the product. All orders are shipped via FEDEX or DHL, complete with a tracking number for your convenience. Additionally, ASILA offers FREE SHIPPING on orders over $250. For orders under $250, a standard shipping fee of $20 will be applied. Once your order is placed, our team will be in touch with you regarding the timing of your order.

RETURNS

Our return policy at ASILA is 30 days. After 30 days, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, you must present your receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund status. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment. The refund amount may vary slightly from the original purchase amount (between 5% and 10%), due to taxes and deductions (Moroccan exchange office, Payment gateway provider, etc.).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we advise that you first double check your bank account. Following this, we recommend contacting your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have taken these steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@asilaluxury.com.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded. No sale items may be returned and refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please send us an email at support@asilaluxury.com. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary on your location.

Gifts
If an item purchased was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will have to notify you of your returned item.
